I had booked a Deluxe Room, and it was indeed listed as a Deluxe Room, but when I entered the room, I couldn’t see anything that made it feel “deluxe.” The room was not particularly spacious, the bathroom was very small, and the refrigerator was not working at first, although they fixed it after I informed them. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and I had no issues with them at all. My only concern is that this room does not really seem like a deluxe room, so I don’t understand why it is being marketed as one. Other than that, the location is good. It is in the city center, very close to Kaleiçi, but just outside of it.

Oda temiz. Konum merkezi. Yatak konforu kötü. Tuvalet dahil pencereler kapalı olduğu takdirde klima çalışır diye belirtmişlerdi. Tüm pencereler kapalı olmasına rağmen klima çalışmıyordu. İnce bir pike vardı. Dolapta da nevresimi gecirilmemis bir örtü gibi bir şey vardı. Sigara yanığı vardı üzerinde. Yine de fiyat konum ve genel temizlik düşünülünce fena değildi. Bir daha gelirmiyim.
