Everything was great! Alisha Bell was excellent and even offered to go get cream from the nearby store when they ran out! We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchen or laundry but there was a full size fridge in the suite! The only thing I wish they had was an outdoor bench in a covered area but that's a nice to have not a need to have!

This is a bare bones accommodation literally which doesn't hurt my feelings at all. Bring your own stuff - no dishes or cookware or conditioner - but you have towels, shampoo and soap, dishwasher and dishwasher towel and soap, bedding is light but it's San Antonio. I appreciated the quiet, clean, new room.

Excellent and new hotel. Only two things that could be a challenge but the price overcomes both. One is the lobby shuts down at 11pm which requires extra steps to check in. The other is no breakfast, however, has a stocked kitchen. Great for overnight travelers. Lack of swimming pool could also be a deterrent for families with kids. Very clean and perfect rooms.
