The elevator lobby on the ground floor stinks a lot from the continuous stench wafting from the bathroom right around the corner. Room cleaning must be requested before 12pm and missing it means you live in your unclean room for one more day. Avoid the unpleasant east European lady, she’s extremely rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly and with a permanent scowl. She hides her name tag and yells at you if you approach the coffee station in the restaurant - you have to pay. The food is so basic and the fried eggs are mostly dripping. I stayed there for over 5 days. This place is a money grab. There is no electric iron and they cut off your air conditioning remotely both in the daytime and nighttime. I did not enjoy my stay!!!

The room did not have a refrigerator, which was a bit inconvenient, especially for longer stays or if you want to keep drinks or snacks cold. Another issue was the bathroom. Whenever I turned on the bathroom light, there was a very loud noise, similar to a ventilation fan (like the strong “exhaust fan” sound you sometimes hear). It was quite noticeable and could be disturbing, especially at night.

Hotellet er overordnet set acceptabelt, men desværre trækker flere forhold ned. Vinduerne kan ikke åbnes, hvilket medførte høj luftfugtighed og problemer med skimmel på vægge, gardiner og loft. Dette blev først opdaget den sidste dag af opholdet. Værelserne fremstod ellers pæne og rene ved ankomst. Ifølge personalet er der lovgivning, som forhindrer åbning af vinduerne, men i så fald bør ventilation og aircondition fungere optimalt – hvilket den desværre ikke gjorde. Morgenmadsområdet havde desuden svært ved at følge med, og der var gentagne gange ventetid på både tallerkener og mad. Det skal dog fremhæves, at personalet var meget søde, venlige og imødekommende og gjorde deres bedste for at hjælpe under opholdet.
