Some amenities are broke/dirty, such as the TV and the room AC remote. When I reported it they just asked me to take pictures of it. There was sand on the couch where one person was going to sleep. We struggled getting into the apartment and I called the number but they didn't answer, I had to wait around 10 min which doesn't sound much but we were tired and it was very hot so it was stressful. However, the apartment is lovely, I would stay again, it just needs better maintenance.

It was a stylish newly constructed and fully equipped two-bedroom, two-bath apartment with washer dryer in the unit. Beds and furniture were in great condition. Though it was a little tricky figuring out the main gate access codes at first, it was easy to get used to. It was also a little unnerving to be in a no-host condo complex, but there wasn’t a need to contact the owner. I was only there two nights but the place is perfect for longer term stays with a great kitchen and living area. Two couples or a family with two kids would be comfortable here. It’s off the beaten path but that’s good for me as it’s away from the madness of the malecon but close enough that it’s easily accessible on foot. There’s a small grocery store nearby and a full supermarket in walking distance. A good beach is a longer distance, but still walkable and it wasn’t an issue for me. The balcony views are beautiful and the rooftop pool is small but adequate for cooling off though I never used it. No shade on the roof makes it less appealing than it would be otherwise.

I had to leave the property on Sunday evening due to a serious safety concern. I was alone in the building with five unknown men whose behavior made me feel extremely unsafe. The management staff only work in the building during daytime on weekdays, so there was no one available to help when this happened. Throughout the nights, the men played TV and music at full volume, shouted in the hallways, and invited additional strangers into the building. This happened across multiple floors and made it impossible to rest or feel safe. A former host from a previous stay had to come and pick me up so I could get out safely. Management told me the men would leave the next day, but when I returned, they were still there. Because of this, I stayed locked inside the unit for the rest of my stay and only went outside briefly during the daytime when they were asleep. This experience was extremely distressing and completely ruined my time in Puerto Vallarta. I am leaving the city after only eight days because the situation felt so unsafe. I cannot recommend this property to anyone who expects basic safety, rest, and responsible management.
