Außerdem hatten wir Hotelzimmer gebucht aber wir hatten dann eine Apartment.Ohne vorheriger Absprache.Dies ist eigentlich nicht schlimm aber dadurch hatten wir ein viel lĂ€ngeren Weg zum FrĂŒhstĂŒck.ca.500m

Das Hotel wird nur runtergewirtschaftet

Erster Punkt Abzug fĂŒr das nicht vorhandene Bad im Zimmer. Es gibt eine winzige Nasszelle mit Toilette und dusche. Das Waschbecken befindet sich direkt im Zimmer. D.h. wenn man zu zweit ist und der eine sich im "Bad" die ZĂ€hne putzt oder die Haare föhnt, hat der andere immer den Krach im Ohr. Finde ich nicht entspannend. Die Abendbrot zeiten waren immer genau vorgegeben. Wenn man sie Ă€ndern wollte wurde es im Papierkram ĂŒbersehen. D.h. wenn man von einen Ausflug vielleicht etwas spĂ€ter kam als gedacht, wurde es gleich stressig die Essenszeit noch zu erreichen. Oder ist man frĂŒher zurĂŒck und hungrig, durfte man noch nicht essen gehen. Definitiv nicht entspannend im Urlaub. Und ansonsten wirtschaftet der Betreiber meiner Meinung nach das Hotel nur noch runter. Repariert wird nichts oder ersetzt wird nichts. Und der Betreiber maximiert Gewinne durch BilliglohnkrĂ€fte aus aller Herren LĂ€nder. Ich bezweifle, das diese ĂŒberhaupt beim Hotel direkt angestellt sind und hier bei uns durch Subunternehmen diese unterhalb des Mindestlohns angestellt sind. SpĂŒhrbar dadurch das ein Extrawunsch nach EiswĂŒrfeln im Saft weder auf deutsch noch auf englisch verstanden wurde. Das team war auch aufgrund der Sprachen nicht TeamfĂ€hig. Wenn die Tassen und GlĂ€ser aus waren und man das Service Personal darauf aufmerksam machte, wurde sich umgedrecht das Personal in der KĂŒche angebrĂŒllt und sich dann wieder lĂ€chelnd zu mir umgedreht. Ein Moment des FrendschĂ€men. Also meins ist das nicht!

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im Hotel. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass fĂŒr eins der beiden gebuchten Zimmer ein frĂŒherer Check-in möglichwsr und kurzfristig noch ein Hund dazu gebucht werden konnte. Das Personal am Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war sehr gut (große Auswahl an frischem Obst, verschiedene Eierspeisen, KĂ€se, Wurst). Im Reisepreis ist der Eintritt ins hauseigene Erlebnisbad inkludiert. Wir konnten es nicht nutzen bedingt durch den kurzen Aufenthalt. Aber fĂŒr Familienurlaub perfekt geeignet. Generell haben wir das Hotel als sehr kinderfreundlich empfunden. Es gibt ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze, den Preis von 8€ pro Nacht empfinden wir als moderat. Ein großes Manko ist die Sauberkeit. Überall schmutzige Fenster und Böden. Im Zimmer war der Boden nicht gereinigt. Überall lagen KrĂŒmel und Sandkörner. Die Zimmer wirkten abgewohnt.

In general we had a pretty disappointing stay. We were a family with kids and booked a two room apartment for three nights incl. Breakfast. When we arrived I was surprised to realize how far from the main house and restaurant the apartments were. We had to go by car! The hotel does not at all look like pictures on the web. the apartment was ok but not clean. All bed sheets was covered in dog hair. At arrival we tried to book a table in the restaurant but everything was booked and we had to rush to the supermarket. (Check in was at 17.00 and we could get a table at 17.30 which did not work for us). In general the staff was not very friendly at not at all able to have basic conversations in English. We chose to leave one day early for something better. Would not go back

Mere dÞdt end forventet , kun en restaurant Äben hvir vi kun kunne fÄ buffet og fÞrst en time fÞr den lukkede. Resortet var lidt mere dÞdt og slidt visse steder end forventet. Men et skÞnt vÊrelse. Og ungerne mÞd vandlandet. Underlugt man ikke pÄtaler patkeri gsgebyr men bare sÊtter det pÄ. Generelt er mange ting lidt indforstÄede.

Perfekt för familj med nĂ€stan 100m2 3rum. Riktigt bra badhus för barn som ingĂ„r i vistelse hur mkt man vill mellan 10-21.00! Ligger pĂ„ en jĂ€ttefin plats med hĂ€star och Ă€ngar och möjlighet att hyra hĂ€star. Lekhus för barn. Bra frukost. Minus för: Ingen AC pĂ„ vĂ„rt stora rum iaf. Ingen stĂ€dning men det behövdes inte och verkar som mĂ„nga tyska hotel gör sĂ„. Bara att be om det. TrĂ„kigt baromrĂ„de utan musik pĂ„ kvĂ€llen. (Men stort). Ingen riktig laddning för elbilar. Alla grannar som röker 😃
