During my interaction with your front desk staff, specifically Namkwan, I was met with behavior that was not only rude and sarcastic but also disrespectful and arrogant.
When I asked for some change to pay for my Grab good delivery , she simply said no, which I accepted without issue. However, her demeanor was entirely unacceptable. She was visibly annoyed, treated me with disdain, and made it clear that she wanted to brush me off as quickly as possible. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply concerning.
