In general, I really like the property. The room is spatial and tidy. We got a mountain-facing room, and the view was awesome. I would recommend for people.
Now my complaints. The hotel does not have staff, which means you have to auto-checkin (which is fine), and solve any issue remotely by phone. We got room 404, and I knew it was a bad sign as soon as I got the room number. Our room keys cannot open the door to the residence area. There is a door between lobby and residence area.
The key worked for our room, and cannot let us in from lobby. We tried to make a few more additional keys and called staff for help, neither was helpful. We had to wait in the lobby to follow other residents. It was 1am but luck it was new year eve, a lot of people came late. I cannot imagine if it was a regular night, and how long would us wait.
We asked other residents and all of their keys are fine. I don't know what's wrong, so I blame it on the room number, 404. Please check if there is anything wrong with this in the system.
