The hotel was clean and quiet at night, but breakfast was a free-for-all with many families with small children, not enough seating, difficult to get breakfast items. I realize staff cannot control the families (the noise and messes the kids left behind should be the parents responsibility), but they could maybe spread out the buffet items to two lines so not everyone is stuffed into one small space on really busy mornings, should restock items as they run low - very little fruit and no hardboiled eggs, as well as other items completely gone. Not fair to those who want breakfast later. I feel the staff was doing the best they could with the people they had, but perhaps overwhelmed with weekend family crowd. The person a spoke to at the desk as I checked out was terrific.
