"We loved hospitality and kindness of every one in the hotel, Lilly at front desk was super helpful with all advice we needed. She helped us to reserve amazing transportation in high end SUV with private driver as well. Food and service in restaurant is 5 star ! Delicious breakfast, Hotel is very clean and in great location. "Amazing stay. Staff went extra mile every time. Room was lovely but the staff are what make it so amazing. Will be hard to beat their customer service anywhere else in Hanoi. We were due to go on a cruise in ha long bay however due to the Typhoon, this was cancelled last minute and the staff were very helpful finding us alternative plans. "
"Clean and cute rooms, loved the rooftop bar, the staff was super friendly. For us, the highlight was the breakfast, better than all other places we stayed at. We still talk about it a week later! We enjoyed our stay very much. The one downside was that we could hear a little bit the noise from the hallway, but not too much. I would still say the place was quiet, we slept well."
"The rooms were clean, well, maintained, and most importantly -- the air conditioning worked! The staff were the most gracious and friendly of any hotel we had in Vietnam. We were frequently greeted by name by the desk and restaurant staff, which was a very nice touch. The breakfast buffet was good. This was quite reasonably priced for what we got, and the location made it easy to get to anything."
"Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant."
"The service here was top notched and everyone was very friendly. Even though our flight was delayed by one day due to rasaga typhoon in Hong Kong the hotel staff Jennie, was able to accommodate us and work with our new schedule. They also helped us plan our tour in ninh binh. The morning breakfast buffet was good as well. The location here is convenient for tour pick up and centrally located for food. We got the balcony room and it was a pleasant experience to be able to enjoy the view outside. Overall, we had a great experience and would stay here again in the future.

"The hotel was very well located. The staff, especially Ms Anna were very helpful. Even provided me an early check in.
All the old quarter sights were within walking distance.
