"We stayed for 9 beautiful days in this location. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with thick vegetation, beautiful buildings and pools. The grounds are well maintained. The beaches are stunning! The service at the restaurants, reception, rooms, pools and concierge desk is fantastic. The food is great eventhough not all restaurants are open due to visiting in the winter season for Panama. The tiramisu and red velvet cake were amazing! Probably the best we ever had! There were too many people that offered excellent service but Juan Carlos from Criollo stood out for us. Always there, with a smile and excellent service every single day! The spa has excellent service and the massages we got were up there with the best! Great facilities too with a hot tub, sauna and showers as well as a fabulous quiet waiting room. Lots of activities can be arranged depending on what you want to do through the tour desk. The city is easily accessible by car or tour. We had a fabulous time visiting Casco Viejo, Panama Viejo and the canal on a private tour. Also had a great rum tasting at El Galante microdistillery. The only thing that could use a little bit of improvement is the rooms (they are a little tired) but the room service and cleanliness are top notch! The hotel has a very reliable internet service throughout the property. Overall a 10/10 for us. Loved it here and would recommend it to anyone. "

"We had an awesome time at this RIU. The grounds were amazingly well kept, the food was mostly delicious, the beach was great. Near the end of our vacation, we were looking for things to complain about. And when you have to think that hard about it, l would say that you’ve had a wonderful time. I think housekeeping was one area that they could work on. We placed the…no service sign on our door. They still came in our room and removed all of the towels without replacing them. In room coffee packets weren’t replenished. So, the big question … would we return ? Most definitely YES. We’ll probably be back next year and bring our kids. "

"beautiful property, many rooms with great views, clean and well kept grounds and a great staff. Walkable into town, bike friendly and balmy climate compared to the oceanfront or cities. Great place, but I do have a couple of suggestions to improve the already lovely ambiance: 1) adjust your light fixtures to reduce glare - would have liked to enjoy dinner on the patio at night without a light shining in my eyes no matter where I sat and I had to toss a shirt over my room's bedlamps to use them without being blinded, and the manicured grounds are illuminated so brightly at night that it's impossible to appreciate the nightime beauty of the surroundings. 2) I mentioned the manicured ornamental landscaping. The Inn might better showcase El Valle's unique micro-ecosystem curating flora selections and sculpting terroir inviting the local fauna to join us as fellow guests!!"

"The garden area has a small lovely pool and seating for the restaurant and its absolutely beautiful. Intimate, cozy seating areas, beautiful arrangements of flowers and decor make it the perfect place to relax. The food was very good. People come to the restaurant who are not staying at the hotel which says a lot. There is a beautiful cat, Linda who youll find sunbathing at the front entrance to greet you.The rooms are clean and comfortable but you will want to be outside in the garden or sipping coffee at one of the lovely bistro sets outside your room door. Its a very beautiful space and I will return. Last but not least the staff is excellent friendly, and patient for those who dont speak Spanish. "
