"I stayed for 2 nights. This was my first time staying at this place. It is a good sized place at 151rooms and an elevator. Corner of Cesar Chavez and South Flores. A lot of parking spaces in front and back. Across the street is a mini HEB with a gasoline station. It was easy to get in and out. The room itself was comfy... a sort of mini suite. Interestingly, the microwave/ mini fridge was located in front of the entrance to the room. The bathroom was big too. There was a towel hook on the bathroom door and but a hook closer to the bathtub/ shower would have been helpful. Lots of interesting art frames. The only quibble is that the pillows are rather on the firm side. I prefer pillows that are more on the softer side. The central location is great, although downtown SA Street are sort of cray cray the way they're formulated. Still, I look forward to visiting there again "
"Clean room, very spacious. Our initial room was above a large exterior A/C unit that was making a very loud clanking noise constantly. The stay was very accommodating and moved us to a different room away from it that was perfect. Quiet and same layout. You are right on Riverwalk to go exploring. Rooms have everything you need are ours had a very large living space that we enjoyed. "

"I checked in on a Saturday night. When I pulled up I could see the parking lot and lobby was extremely busy and didn’t really feel like dealing with it after a long drive. After I parked the car, I stood in line for about 10 minutes. When I approached the front desk clerk, I commented that I hope they didn’t give my room away. She assured me that they still had a room for me and was very nice with all the check in process.she also provided me with a free drink from the bar. The room was very clean. I don’t like that parking has to be paid for, but I don’t think it’s the fault of the hotel. I’m thinking it’s a city thing."
