The tub was missing parts. The vanity was beat up The walls in the restroom were water damaged and poorly patched up everywhere in that room*.
They moved us to another room which was clean and The staff was very very helpful. PsThe deposit is HIGH."
"Our stay was great other than the vallet parking. We waited over an hour for our car to be ready and that was even before the 11 am checkout time. Finally went to ask for the second time and our keys were grabbed and said they would go get it when the app had already said it had been ready. Valley needs a better system."
