Decent stay, there were issues. Would stay again.
My son and I stayed here for one night intending to go to the snow the next day, but a storm ended up turning us around. The room was generally fine except for 3 things. 1. When we tried to put the card in the door lock, the door seemed locked or jammed. My son shoulder pushed his way in and we were okay for the rest of the night since we were not planning on going out. 2. This room (queen suite) was perfect for us since it had 2 areas. I slept in the main bedroom and my son slept on the fold out couch. When we looked for bedding in the room for the fold out couch we quickly discovered it wasn't there. He called down and the front desk didn't pick up, I tried later and had the same issue. It took us about 35 minutes to try to get someone to tell them we needed extra linens for the bed. 3. When we unfolded the hide-a-way bed, we found large paw prints on the mattress.
Now about them trying to correct the situations. 1, I received 2 calls later that evening from hotel security asking me about the door. The only issue was we had not contacted them about the door, our neighbor had, but we informed him of our experience. 2. I am always trying to teach my son how to handle situations, so I was trying to get him to directly contact the front desk. I eventually ended up getting the front desk after 35 minutes.
