I’m confused about the nights I booked. I was supposed to check out on Tuesday, October 21st, but my booking was from October 13th to October 20th. I went to ask if I could extend for one more night. She checked the system and told me my booking was good. I asked her twice, and she said it was fine and that I was booked to check out on Tuesday, October 21st.
But on October 20th, after dinner, I came back to my room and my key didn’t work. I went to ask them, and they told me I had to check out on the 20th, not the 21st. They charged me $450 for one more night.
Why did I have to pay such a high price after I was told my booking was okay? I had to pack all my clothes and leave for the airport at 1 AM on October 21st. Now I have a headache, no place to stay, and a flight that leaves at 12 in which i cannot check in for yet. Please, Please! solve this problem for me. Thank you
