It was the worst experience of my entire life. Before you arrive at the hotel, they start DEMANDING your credit card details in writing, even though you have paid for the entire stay in advance. You are simply exposed to the risk of them using your card details fraudulently, as is very common. If you do not provide your card details in writing, you will not enter the hotel. It is blackmail. In the year 2025, absurdly, they DO NOT have a credit card machine. They write down your details and keep them in their possession, to use as they wish, and you will have to trust them, and there is no agreement. But it does not stop there; the hotel simply does not even have a blanket. I was shivering from the cold all night and they do not provide one and there is no one to ask, as there is no customer service, not even by phone. When you enter the room and try to sleep, it feels like you are sleeping in the middle of the street, so much noise invades the room. There is NO soundproofing. It is simply a tragedy. It is like paying to sleep in the middle of the street. There is a bar below the room, and you can hear every conversation that takes place inside the establishment. As I said at the beginning: It was the worst experience of my entire life.
