조용하고 편안함 심지어 엄청 친절한 호텔!!
신혼여행으로 로마의 숙소를 찾다가 이 호텔을 선택하게 되었어요. 2주간의 여행 중 저는 2개국, 5개의 도시를 돌아다녔는데 욕조가 있는 호텔은 이 곳이 유일했어요!! 로마는 투어 다니며 2,3만보씩 걸어다니는데 돌아와 욕조를 하면 온 몸의 피로가 다 풀리는 것 같아 아주 좋았습니다. 도착한 첫 날 친절하게 웰컴드링크와 함께 지도를 펴놓고 도시에 대해 설명해주어 친절하다 생각했고 알아본데로 아주 안전한 동네였어요. 조식도 무료에 양도 어마무시하게 많고 정성스러워 받을 때마다 감탄스러웠으며 이 호텔의 주인들은 너무너무 친절해서 4박5일간 아주 편하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 라디에이터가 아닌 히터가 있어서 편하고 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었고 청결 또한 최고에요!!! 심지어 저는 안경을 놓고 왔는데 연락하니 안경을 찾아주시고 한국으로 보내주셨습니다 ㅠㅠ 너무너무 친절하고 다음에 로마에 간다면 다시 꼭 이 호텔을 갈 거에요!! ㅎㅎ

Absolutely fantastic stay. On our arrival, Nicole greeted us with refreshments and delicious crossiants. She highlighted a map for us with all of the top places of interest. We just had the most amazing stay at Nicole and Antonio's hotel, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From the moment we arrived, they made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. Nicole took the time to walk us through everything Rome has to offer, sharing her fantastic recommendations for sights, dining, and hidden gems. Each morning, she surprised us with delicious snacks and drinks—such a thoughtful touch that truly elevated our experience. Antonio was equally wonderful, helping us carry our luggage downstairs with a warm smile. They even offered us a great deal to extend our stay for one more night, which we happily accepted! Exceptional Stay for Our 23rd Anniversary! Where do I even begin? This was the absolute best place I have stayed in quite sometime!!! My wife and I recently celebrated our 23rd anniversary at this boutique hotel in Rome, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm, personalized service from the owners, Antonio & Nicole, that made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel itself is pristine, with every detail meticulously cared for. Our room was perfect... tastefully decorated, and immaculately clean. We loved the blend of modern luxury with the charm of classic Roman design, creating a truly unique atmosphere. What really set this hotel apart was the outstanding service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, offering excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing, and even surprising us with thoughtful touches for our anniversary. The location was also perfect—close to all the major attractions but tucked away in a peaceful area, providing the best of both worlds. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and intimate experience in Rome. It was the perfect place to celebrate such an important milestone, and we can’t wait to return! This trip was to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and we were wanting it to be a special experience. Nicole and Antonio helped deliver on this. From the moment we arrived, Nicole welcomed us with some drinks and food. We arrived before check-in time but she was more than happy to look after our luggage. Nicole took the time to point out highlights we needed to visit during our time in Rome along with providing recommendations of places to eat on a map she gave us. This was a nice touch. The room was lovely and just as the photos show. Beautifully appointed, tidy, clean, and very quiet. The aircon system was great given how hot it was. The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the main tourist highlights of Rome. We love to walk, but if you wanted to take a bus or train, these are close by. The neighborhood felt authentic and not touristy. This meant we had an incredible selection of eateries that the locals eat at, which were great quality and value. Plus it felt very safe to wander around at night. Whenever we left in the morning for the day or came back in the evening, Nicole or Antonio would greet us warmly. This was an experience you rarely get at hotels. We loved our time here and would stay here again without hesitation.

Our recent stay in Rome was greatly enhanced because of our stay at Residenza Venti Settembre and the hospitality of the owners Nicole and Antonio. I can not say enough about their desire to make our stay special. The coffee, juice, croissants and fruit delivered to our room in the morning was delicious and much appreciated. Nicole even delivered some Limoncello in chilled flutes after a long day of sightseeing. The location is convenient with easy access to Rome’s sights and within walking distance of the railway station and restaurants. The hotel located in an historic building is newly renovated, spotless and beautiful. The combination of wonderful accommodations and outstanding hospitality is something Nicole and Antonio should be proud of. Consider this your new home when visiting Rome.

Excellent stay with Antonio and Nicole. Wonderful room, with everything I could need. They made me feel so welcome, safe, and gave me advice for anything I had questions about. Fantastiske værter, et lille hotel på én etage. Deres velkomst og nærværende måde at drive hotellet på gør at vi helt sikkert vil bo her igen, hvis vi skal tilbage til Rom Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til Centrum, vi gik rundt til alle attraktionerne og brugte hverken bus eller metro.

The property was beautiful the bed n breakfast is so modern and the staff were amazing. Antonio and Nicola were so amazing taking time to explain the room and the area around us literally going over each area on a map. This place was fantastic from A to Z. Extremely clean, well kept, amazing owners going out of their way to make sure your stay is flawless and comfortable. The hotel is behind large doors inside of a courtyard so it is quiet and peaceful. Walking distance (within 20min) to all the sights. We would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Rome. We stayed at this lovely hotel and could not have been more pleased. Nicole and Antonio are 2 of the nicest people on the planet!!! There was no question we could not ask regarding jewelers, restaurants etc... and they could hat have been more helpful! My husband tripped and badly sprained his ankle. Nicole called a pharmacy to find an ankle brace and I was able to walk there and pick it up. The breakfasts were amazing every single day with fresh fruits, savory and sweet croissants, juice and more. The rooms were spotless! If I could give Nicole and Antonio 10 stars I would!

Amazing Stay
Amazing!! The only disappointment is that we couldn't have stayed longer. The host's were fantastic and very friendly. The room and lobby were both modern and clean. They welcomed us with open arms and a delicious snack. We'll definitely come back.

If I could give this beautiful stay 10 stars, I would. We have traveled a lot, and this was by far the best experience we have had. Words cannot describe the kindness and hospitality that were exuded from Nicole and Antonio. Their rooms are stunning and have every amenity you want. The location is so incredible and feels so safe, but the hospitality is next level amazing. Thank you for such a beautiful place to stay and making us feel like friends and family! If you are lucky enough to find this gem, and it’s available, book it before it’s gone. You will not regret it. Also, if you are looking for a wonderful Italian meal, we loved Al Forno della Soffritta. It was a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and was our favorite meal in Rome!
