The hotel is in a great area. The staff we had interactions with were very friendly and helpful. Honestly the only complaint I have are the beds and pillows. They are awful. That bed is like sleeping on concrete and the pillows are almost nonexistent. Woke up with osteoporosis. Not really but you get the point.

The breakfast was cold, stale, and tasted terrible. We stayed there for four nights and our room was never attended to during our stay. The staff never brought fresh towels and/or wash clothes. The lobby constantly smelled like marijuana and rarely was there an attended at the entry desk. No valet parking as advertised and were asked to park two blocks away. We travel often and we will definitely be looking for another hotel to stay. Very disappointing!
