BUYER BEWARE. I put blame on both Hotels.com and on the hotel itself for introducing extra mandatory junk fees.
Yes as a customer I understand you have to read the fine print. I have been using Hotels.com for over a decade. I have gotten accustomed to finding a deal and buying. This is the first time they have allowed a hotel to include additional “mandatory” fees and they blame the customer for not reading the fine print. This is predatory. Broken trust with Hotels.com. Shame on the hotels.com for including “mandatory” fee for crap I don’t want.
