Loved attached bar restaurant. Pricing reasonable for the area, excellent food and friendly staff. Despite ongoing renovations, hotel was clean, comfortable and fun decor.

The hotel is under renovation so it's hard for me to be too harsh but it should be shut down while that work is happening.

The lobby is welcoming and lovely, and the restaurant is a nice touch. However, when we checked in in August 2026, the regular elevators were out, and we had to take a pretty rough freight elevator. Our bathroom was a bit dirty and really hot

Everything about the hotel was immaculate—from the rooms to the lobby and the restaurant. The location can’t be beat. And the staff were so helpful. The one downside is that the elevator was being repaired, so we had to use the staff and service elevator to get to the higher floors. This wasn’t bad, and maintenance on elevators is important; it was just mildly inconvenient. But what can you do? Hopefully the regular elevator will be back up soon. Even if it isn’t, that’s no reason not to stay at this fine hotel.

Hotel staff was very helpful. It would have been nice to know that the hotel is under going updating. The main elevator was not working, so you had to be escorted up and down in the frieght elevator. If you have mobility issues it is a challenge. They said elevator will not be up and running until December 2026. Hotel is in a great location, lots of restauants and stores around it.

Very convenient location to Wrigley. Parking is a bit confusing if you don't read the instructions. Elevator was out and we were on the top floor- this wasn't too big of a problem for us, but would've been nice to know in advance. Overall, not bad

We had a great stay overall! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the hotel and surrounding area were clean and felt safe. The only minor issues were with the room itself. It was quite hot, even with the window open, and the street noise was noticeable. However, we spent very little time in the room, so it wasn’t a major issue for us. One thing to note is that the parking information listed valet parking, but valet service was not available. Instead, there is a self-parking garage just a short walk from the hotel. Other than these small inconveniences, everything was great. The friendly staff, cleanliness, and safe location made for a very pleasant stay. With a cooler, quieter room and more accurate parking information, this would easily be a five-star experience. We would definitely consider staying here again! Oh and if stay go to the restaurant for a burger and tots you won't be disappointed

Staff was wonderful, the answered the numerous questions I asked without hesitation. Parking was easy and inexpensive. Renovations are going on but the rooms are adequate and comfortable.

I expected a lot more from this hotel given the location and the cost, a majority of the time. The lobby area was ok, but the elevator wasn’t working so staff had to take you in the service elevator. The room was very small, big section of paint was peeling off the ceiling and all around the trim. Outdated furniture, the toilet wasn’t really flushing and sat practically on the ground. The shower was basic. I really like the location tho. It’s close to alot of stores and restaurants.
