When we first arrived, we ordered room service and it was awful. They refused to refund us because I didn’t physically bring the food that I had thrown away but instead gave me a breakfast voucher. The internet and WiFi did not work in our room. On the day of check in I went to the desk, discussed with manager, and they said they would send an engineer. The next day I complained again and they sent an engineer when we were out at 5 pm at night and when I got back to the room, now the WiFi wouldn’t show up at all on a search. Other guests had the same issue. The hotel charges a minimum of 800$ a night for our stay and the hotel is worth about 2-300$. It is semi ocean front but different than advertised. I also complained that our floors were dirty as our bare feet were stained instantly after we took our shoes off. They offered to clean the room for us, but shouldn’t it already be cleaned. We were given one small tube of body wash for a family of three, had 4 non long size pillows so we had to ask for more pillows to not break our neck despite having a king size bed. The valet and bell team was great but other than that, don’t waste your money here. Very disappointed overall and was really looking forward to experiencing this property.
