Tired travels
Room looked clean. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Employees @ front desk were excellent! I probably wouldn't stay again due to the fact that it was very loud in the hotel all night. Doors slamming etc. Walls seem vety thin. You can hear people talking easily. Traffic noise is also quite loud. We were not able to sleep much at all.

Great place to stay with a few issues.
The first room on the second floor had 2 issues. The sliding door wouldn't lock and the AC wouldn't shut off or regulate. They moved us to another first floor room. In that room, the shower wouldn't stop dripping and both LED reading lights were not working. Not worth changing rooms again. The room was clean, big, and very comfortable. Patio door was nice to have. Breakfast was great! Room doors rattle when others slam their doors. I put the do not disturb sign in door jamb to solve it. Also, you can hear everything in the hallway.

Clean and comfortable
Property was very clean and the bed linens smelled very fresh. The bed was comfortable though a little tall for me as I’m 5’2”. We were greeted each time we came in and the ladies who checked us in were excellent. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast but the are was very clean and they kept everything wiped down. Our only complaint was we could hear the people next door and smell weed throughout the night Overall it was a good experience and I would stay again.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and they provided housekeeping services daily. The front desk staff and the bar staff were friendly. They provided alcohol drink tickets to be redeemed daily during happy hour. The breakfast was good. Downtown Nashville wasn’t too far of a drive.

The hotel's cleanliness impressed me. Breakfast was excellent; my husband enjoyed it, but I couldn't eat due to morning labs. I had surgery at Vanderbilt Medical Center. The front desk lady was friendly and attentive, moving us from the third floor to the first. Without asking!! Thanks for the warm inviting atmosphere!!! Will definitely Will definitely stay again. !!!❤️

This property is suppose to be smoke free. They even say they charge an additional $500 if you smoke in your room. As soon as we started down the hallway to our room, you could smell weed. When we entered our room, it was as if someone was smoking in that exact room (extremely strong). I brought it to the hotel's attention as I did not want to get charged for it. She told me someone must be smoking in the bathroom vent and so the smell was traveling to the inside of all the other rooms. After a while the smell did dissipate. Unfortunately, they did it again later in the night but this time weed and cigarettes. It was awful! The venting system needs to be corrected. You should not be smelling whats happening in other peoples bathrooms! Other than that, the staff was nice, they offered each guest 2 free drinks and a free self serve nacho bar (from 5-7 I think), clean, quiet, safe and very convenient to the airport. IDK about breakfast as we left before they were to put it out.

Place was nice and had updated rooms with big comfortable beds..our stay also came with perks like 2 free alcoholic drinks from the bar at happy hour, delicious free breakfast, and transportation to and from downtown Nashville! Staff was very nice! Would stay again!

Reasonable, clean, convenient location;
Very convenient location; Nice, clean rooms; Noisy through the night; Some noise caused by guests, other loud noise caused by hotel staff cleaning rooms then loud door bang when exiting room after cleaning; Big plus was free on premise parking; Over-all, might consider staying there again; Nice people!

Most likely choosing another hotel next time.
Nice staff at the front desk, have nothing to say about the included breakfast buffet as I didn’t have time to check it out. But oh boy this room, long black hairs were present multiple places, the shower, the beds… I know for a fact that they aren’t mine as I have no hair to shed that long. As you can see in my attached photos one of the beds where disgusting all over, the other beds sheets where “fine” but the rest of the bedding was the same when checked with the black light, hence I used my own pillow and sleeping bag. As I could see the general state of the hotel was outdated, dark and felt unclean I did not have it in me to go back and get another room as i feared it would be the same or worse than what i already had. The room also had a very strong smell of perfume which i did not like, seems like cleaning staff just went in and tucked the sheets back down sprayed a perfume bottle around and left again promptly. Could not open the windows to let fresh air in, stains all over. I do not understand how this establishment is highly rated. The price was fantastic but if I were to stay at this hotel in this condition probably only worth $40-50 a night.
