We had reserved a room with a king size bed but the room was only two double beds. It was late at night and we were tired, and we had just walked up to the third floor because the elevator was out of order. We called the front desk to see if we could change but no one answered, so we just stayed in the room. Had to sleep in separate beds because my husband is very tall (which is why we wanted the king). We also didn’t realize there was a very loud nightclub as part of the property. Fortunately it stopped at 10pm but some of the spring breakers were staying at the hotel so it was noisy off and on through the night. Also didn’t realize there would be an additional resort fee of $45 (for two nights). The iron was broken so we asked for a new one. No coffee in the room which would have been nice. Had to buy it in the lobby (free coffee in the lobby would have been nice). Parking was free, which was appreciated.

I wanted to love this place so much - the photos online made it seems so cute and clean. Upon walking up to our room (elevator was out of service) I felt totally duped. The floors were sticky, the ceiling looked like it had mold, the patio door didnt close, pillows were wet, not one thing was well maintained which would be fine if it was $200 a night - but for what we paid I found it unacceptable. Staff seemed miserable and were less than helpful. There was also major construction in the lot next door, which I know is out of their control (they should let you know or if you’re in that wing of the hotel maybe a disturbance discount) but waking up to that noise on a Saturday morning was a major bummer. Ugh I hate leaving a negative review, but I also hate being priced gauged on something totally not aligned with the quality.

Es war einmal ein Best Western....schöne Lage am Wasser, Zimmer sauber und ausreichend groß, unser gebuchtes Zimmer mit Bayview im 4. Stock haben wir nicht akzeptiert, da der Aufzug defekt war und wir vor Rückreise teichlich Gepäck zu tragen hatten. Das neue Zimmer im anderen Trakt war dann mit einem Aufzug zu erreichen, der nicht gerade vertrauenserweckend war....die Tür im Bad ließ sich nicht schließen, das Holz war total verzogen. Das Restaurant vor Ort hat schöne Plätze direkt am Bootsanleger, ist relativ hochpreisig. Wir wollten nur einen Sundowner trinken, da waren wir dann für den Kellner nicht mehr so interessant. Zusammengefasst für einen Stopp vor dem Rückflug ok

Everything was okay but I just hated that we had to climb all the way to the 5th floor with our bags and stuff because the elevator was not fixed and they did not have that on the internet or anything like that before we pay for it. If they would have had that on the site before we pay I don't think we would have went there

Stayed for 3 nights prior to a cruise. Would have been ok for a 1 night stay. Restaurant closed early when we arrived (8pm because they were so slow all night they said) so we had to have food delivered. Lots of construction in the area due to growing area so I hope the building does some major upgrades and repairs. Elevator inspection outdated and not in the best operational condition. Our room was not the cleanest. Nightstand was dusty and sticky. Overall in need of a major deep clean.

The location is within walking distance from local restaurants. The room was smaller than expected. The bathroom was very small, the elevator was not working. The rate paid was $306.41 for one night. Definitely not worth the price.

I loved my view from my room and the pool area was very cute and clean, HOWEVER, having to carry all my luggage 4 flights of stairs without any help (i was told no help/ staff was available to help bring it up) was pretty disappointing and frustrating. After reading reviews from past travelers it seems the ELEVATOR HAS BEEN BROKEN FOR A WHILE AND NOT A FEW DAYS. The AC worked good in our room. Second issue, was the construction happening next door, you could feel the whole room vibrating and the noise was just awful and to work from my hotel room was pretty bad. The property didn’t feel pet friendly since there isnt really an area for pets to do their needs other than the front grass but the staff was very friendly to my service dog. The person that checked us in was super sweet and friendly. I liked I could drive to great food spots only a few minutes away. I would stay here again but this issue with the elevator is unacceptable and hope this gets fixed because it wasnt a cheap stay either.

We booked 2 rooms as we were travelling with our 6 children. We arrived onsite and the hotel had police parked all out front... it literally looked like an active crime scene! We reluctantly went to check-in and learned they host wild parties every weekend, hence why all the police. They gave us 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hotel... we explained we werent comfortable being that far away from our children, but they didnt care. Rooms were in mediocre condition, could definitely use some tlc. While settling in, we noticed the pull out sofas didnt have sheets or pillows (our booking for for 5 people in each room). We contacted the front desk, and they said they didnt have anymore sheets or pillows. It was too late to find another accommodation at this point, so we ended up laying bath towels down and sharing a pillow from another bed. Absolutely ridiculous... and one of the most absurd experiences we have ever had at a hotel! Would not recommend this hotel at all, and we will never return. Poorly run, not at all as advertised, unsafe, rude staff, and way overpriced.

It was awful. They didn’t tell you the elevator was out of order. Our room was on the fifth floor and was to have a balcony. We did not have a balcony, had to carry our luggage up and down five flights of stairs. The hotel is run down, in need of updating. They are building another condo complex next door, you heard the construction starting at 6 am. This also was not mentioned by the hotel. Would not recommend this place.

Tres bien situé La suite est gigantesque et avec nombreux balcons donnant sur la mer. Elle est récente en terme de decoration et matériel...top! Dommage qu'il ny ait pas de petit déjeuner et que le parking coûte 35€ la nuit

This is an odd place. I don't recommend it. Bring earplugs and be prepared to question your safety. Road construction crew began right outside our door around 10:30 pm and went through the night. Thankful for earplugs. But ridiculous to not be informed when making reservations. Called hotel with a check-in question on the way, around 4:45 PM, no answer. Ever. Room and property were clean. However, room was not stocked for 2 guests: 3 towels, one hand towel, one washcloth. Front counter refused our simple request at 8:15 PM for exta washcloth and hand towel as "housekeeping was done for the night". No coffee in the room. Coffee available downstairs for a fee. $8 bottles of water available in the room. Two way traffic on their one-car width driveway with a blind sharp corner - no safety mirror or way to see what's coming at you as you enter and exit. Elevator tile floor is cracked and sinks when stepped on. Elevator door doesnt open on its own - sign instructs you to push button to exit. Something fishy about a hotel with enough capital funding to make it look good on the surface, but can't afford.to fix its elevator door or floor, provide front desk with a stack of extra housekeeping items for guests in the evening, or offer a complimentary cup of coffee. Wish I'd read the Google reviews before booking through Hotel.com.
