I’m not sure where 2begin. The property itself is a conversion but it has NOT been converted! Looks absolutely NOTHING like any of the pictures online! We found our broken smoke detector in the side tables broken drawer w/wiring cut n covered in the ceiling w/plastic wrap. The only working entrance n exit in entire facility where the front door N 1rear door, all others cards readers hung off bldg unwired. The microwave was NOT cleaned, the refrigerator, if u want 2call it that, could probably get a can of Coke cold in 3days, if u never opened the door again.The bathroom door had a cut out the size of a kitty door on the bottom left corner from dry rot maybe water damage. There was NEVER breakfast served at all, as advtz’d. NOT ANY of the mornings! The back n side parking lot was a cesspool for about 20-25 people. They were definitely addicts and or individual that sold it 2them. You would know this just by simply walking out 2the parking lot if ur vehicle was parked there, the first time by simply listening 2the conversations and things that they would say. Unsafe!! I was also charged an additional cash deposit, which is not a problem but online depending on the website, all were different amounts and different accepted payment types. Upon arrival I paid with a $100 bill in cash, being told cash only but was not given proper change because “they didn’t have any” and was told that I would get the rest of my money with my deposit upon checking out!? I FEEL KID TO AND ROBBED!

Found it! The other half, the most important other half of the smoke detector. Aside from legalities and safety hazards, obligations legally, etc. the entire facilities smelt no kidding musky, and of course, cigarette odor mixed with marijuana odor

Property was sketchy, unkept and run down. Room was clean but iron was singed with burned residue, ironing board was broken and when blow dryer was turned on it rumbled, sparked and smoked. Immediately unplugged and warned staff it was a fire hazard. If looking for a hotel near the airport there are many other options. Spend a little more $$ for a better place to stay.

Room was dirty didn’t seem it had been cleaned. There was clothes left in the furniture by a previous guest along with a crack pipe. They no longer have a working hot tub and still advertise they do. Used to come to this hotel several times a year but the past two has really gone downhill. Won’t ever be going back.

The hotel is dated, when we pulled up there were homeless people in the corner of the hotel, the staff dud not speak English well and did not understand what we were asking, then it look like they had people that were there to handle theur sexual needs and nothing else they most definitely were not Travelers if I thought I can get my $252 back I would the bathroom had nothing to lock you just closed the door anybody could just push open the door the bathroom was Tiny the shower and the water ran at the same time so if they don't want me to make bad reviews stop sending me surveys I would never ever ever recommend this hotel there were guests that were complaining about cigarette butts no hot water working it was crazy I almost felt afraid to stay there if it wasn't for my son I probably would have paid another hotel to feel comfortable if you want a one-night hookup most definitely go to that hotel because that's exactly what it seem like they house Street urchins for a room for a couple hours don't take the children there plus the only thing they offered for a continental breakfast was coffee nothing else. The pictures that they have on hotel.com or fake pictures that is not what that hotel look like it ain't a studio it's a old Motel 8.

We have stayed here before and it was very bare bones but fine for a quick night of sleep near the airport. This time, when we checked in we were directed to 2 different rooms that had obviously not been cleaned (sheets torn off the beds etc), before finally finding us a room that was actually available. When we finally got a room on the 3rd floor- there was no button in the elevator indicating there was a third floor (picture attached). The smoke detector in our room was removed from the ceiling and in the drawer of the dresser. There was trash piled up in the hallway. And our kids found an open pack of cigarettes in their room. Definitely not worth the cost savings.

Room was clean when we got there, we stayed for 2 nights. Never got fresh sheets, towels, anything. We had to keep the same towels the entire time. Hot tub was literally colder than the pool which was a big bummer there too. They say “Free Breakfast” nothing was offered for that either but cheap coffee you make yourself lol. The room was fine other than a smoke detector literally ripped out of the celling. For the price I guess you get what you pay for but don’t think I’ll be staying here again to be honest. Just pay the extra if you can.

Bed was half made like some one slept in it and then thru the covered back. So I just pulled them on back and spayed the bed with Lysol. The tv didn’t work my friend ended up fixing it for us. I told them at front desk and he stated he would come up and fix it but never did. Then they changed the deposit to 60 instead of 50 I only had 50 on the card I was using so that put me in the negative and I’m haven’t received it back yet so still waiting on that. I love the area because it’s close to airport and when I drive in it’s close enough as soon as I get off the road. Definitely needs to be cleaned better but for the cost it was all good.

Terrible experience, a young lady ran through the front door bleeding profusely from the face area with a angry..hostile man right behind her! The guy at the front desk looked at her…didn’t say a word…he then asked the angry man “what happened to her..” the angry man whispered something in the clerks ear and the clerk simply looked at the female and went back behind the desk

Service sucked, I stood at the counter waiting for someone to come after we checked in for several minutes. All the while I was ringing the bell. The hot tub was broken, the toilet seat in our room was nearly falling off. The windows in our room were so dirty that this morning when the sun came in I couldn’t even see the building next door. There was no continental breakfast as advertised. The room was booked, and secured with a card, but wasn’t supposed to be charged until we checked in. The lobby reaked of marijuana. The back steps leading to the parking lot had trash in the floor, broken plastic forks and who knows what all. Over all this was the worst place I have booked a room in all of my 50 years. I have been a truck driver and traveled all over since 1999.
