Not recommended...

So much potential. First the good: the arcade is very cool. Right next to it, you have a bar/restaurant. The service was excellent. You can play pool, bowling and there are a good amount of machines (arcade). Good value in general. The bad: Hotels.com described the room to have 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. When I checked in, I confirmed with the front desk employee the number of beds and he confirmed the room had 2 beds and a sofa bed. The room only had 2 full beds (not queen). No sofa to be seen. I called the front desk to see if maybe he have the wrong room but the same guy said: "I don't think we have any rooms in this property with a sofa bed". I explained the description in the website said it did have what I asked and paid for. He offered to bring a roll away bed. No apologies. Then, we found one of the full beds had a small scab stuck to the sheets. Blood and everything. I have pictures. I called again and he offered to send clean sheets. Again, no acknowledgement of anything being wrong. At around 2 am, we started to get hot. I got up to adjust the thermostat. AC didn't work. Called again and explained the issue. He just said: "Sorry for the inconvenience. That's all. What a shame. The property is pretty nice. The workers left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, I was surprised it was so empty. Makes sense.
