We loved the place. Rooms were spacious and well laid out. Staff was friendly, Breakfast was great, parking was good. The location and area was excellent. My son and I were here on business with two separate rooms. When we left, he took a business card and said he wanted to make sure if he brings his family to Orlando that he had the info to stay here since it was so exceptional.

They did a good job making your room and stay feel very home like for being a hotel. The gal that did the breakfast and Wednesday social does such a good job at presentation and keeping the food and drinks stocked and looking clean and nice. Pet friendly. They kept the pool area tidy and maintained and the heated pool made a big difference.

Had a great stay while my kids and I were here. Breakfast was always freshly made & plenty to go around. Coffee supplies were always available, and most importantly, the shuttle to Universal was free & reliable.
