Hotel Parking Fee of $10 per night very reasonable. Right in the centre of town so a perfect location for attending a show at Baycourt Theatre and visiting the waterfront and The Strand. Helpful staff. Enjoyed having a balcony with some water views although over the roofs of adjoining shops but the lovely room made up for it. Spacious and super clean.
