Tuis is a first 5 start hotel wher I got spotted bed linings. Uou can see it was great hotel 10 years ago but mattresses pretty old , spotted bed lining and breakfast has no western way meal style and I understand because there are only few foreign guest. Mostly occupied by locals.

Good Hotel in great location to local transport.

The hotel was nice although getting a tired with ripped curtains etc in my exec room (3960) I do need to call out the exceptional service from one of the front staff Ricky. I had a travel problem and he dealt with it for me, without I am not sure I would have got to the airport in time for my flight. So massive thank you Ricky!

訂了一間高級客房, 特大雙人床, 但飯店應該是超收,所以飯店就說,升等到套房。套房在另一棟樓, 房間非常舊&小, 床也變成只有單人床大小。這根本是降級,住隔壁福朋都比住這個套房好。

Danke, aber wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Wir haben eine Premier Suite gebucht, die alles anders als Premier war. Die Bilder auf der Homepage entsprechen nicht der Realität. Die Möbel sind teilweise dreckig und abgenutzt. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und stinkt ein wenig. Im Zimmer hat es nach kaltem Rauch gerochen. Die Rezeption wollte uns überzeugen dass es nicht stinkt und hat uns 2 weitere Zimmern gezeigt..es war nicht besser. Alle gezeigten Premier Suiten im 6ten und 7ten Stock haben einen Blick auf die Hauptstraße die nachts zu hören ist. Das Schwimmbad ist OK und befindet im benachbarten Gebäude, Zugang über den Flur. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer Metro Station was sehr angenehm ist. Der Preis des Hotels gerechtfertigt für mich nicht die Leistung. Dafür ist die Auswahl in Shanghai groß genug u d wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

不錯的住宿體驗

酒店雖然有點歷史的痕跡, 但房間寬敞, 住起來很舒服。地點也很方便, 旁邊就有商場跟地鐵站。就是有一個女前台態度兇狠,讓人印象深刻, 完全感覺不出喜來登體系應有的服務態度, 其他飯店員工則都很客氣有禮且樂於助人。早餐品項豐富,各式菜色口味好, 餛飩雞湯好吃, 我幾乎每天早上都得來一碗。
