Initially I thought I had found the most incredible studio apartment in CDMX! and we visit CDMX often. The apt. was clean, comfortable, stylish, with a king size comfy bed and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure, not typical in CDMX! We stayed for 3 weeks while looking for a long term apartment. We were extremely satisfied with everything EXCEPT for the communication and cleaning. No information is provided as to if/when the apt. is cleaned. We extended our stay from week to week, so basically we were checking out and then back in on the same day, although we didn't have to vacate the apt. Our apt. was cleaned between the first and second week, after we called a representative, and tried to pin them down on when, but NO CLEANING between the 2nd and 3rd weeks of our stay. None of my correspondence/questions with customer service was answered and no info is provided in the unit regarding how to get more toilet paper, how to work the stove, IF and when the apt. would be cleaned, that there is a laundry available to guests, etc. etc. etc. This was hugely disappointing. Pet friendly is great, but we had a dog which we wanted to take outside when the apt. was going to be cleaned but we couldn't get the info on when, so we ended up trying to stay out of the apt. with our dog for the entire day, which was inconvenient, to say the least. This is a major issue. Other than this, it would be a great value and I would have highly recommended it.
