The hotel was very clean, decent breakfast, awesome rooms for families, location was convenient, and staff were very friendly. My only complaint would be that every night we showered there was no hot water which was not the end of the world but not fun to say the least with 2 young kids!

Wi-Fi and television was out one of the days. Not a lot of parking available as it shares a parking lot with a sister property. Also they will charge an extra $50 per night to Park. But, it was clean, comfortable and is in a safe area. Breakfast was good. The kids loved the Mickey waffles.

Well Maintained Homewood suites close to Disney Springs, SeaWorld and Epic Universe. WaWa gas station along with other chain restaurants within half mile radius. Close drive to MCO airport. Only bad thing hot tub was closed for refurbishment. However, guests were allowed to use Residence Inn next store.our stay was only friday thru Sunday but good for a week. Parking is $27/night after 4th night parking is free.

10/10 Exceptional

Wonderful staff, just really friendly and genuine. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, and its a quiet hotel. Nice hot breakfast, it's not a grand hot buffet, but tasty and just what I expected: scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, plus regular continental (I think they had some kind of hash browns or potatoes as well). Fully recommend. They also have a nice pool, not huge, but pretty. Unfortunately, the hot tub was being serviced while we were there - but that happens... no big deal.

This property is perfect for families on the budget. Very good location and the breakfast is amazing.

10/10 Exceptional

Great place for a small family that doesn't want to eat out everyday. Rooms are tidy, staff were great, even the pullout couch was comfortable enough. Only knock to the resort is the pool area, which is surrounded by trees. The debris from the trees means the grounds in and around the pool is untidy. Pool was still relatively clean and not heavily chlorinated. Complimentary breakfast was good too with plenty choices for food.

The staff are really nice. They had a little mishap upon check in and the front desk lady was really nice and corrected their mistake. Breakfast is amazing!

Loved how stocked the kitchen was for our stay and the DIY mickey mouse Belgian waffles at breakfast were a hit with the kids!
