The location, the amenities and the condition of the hotel is not worth the price. It was waaay overpriced of what we got. Bathroom has a moldy smell, the stairs going up to the “lobby” was dirty - it’s just not worth the price.

The hotel was ok-not great, not breathtaking-just ok. The rooms were VERY small. There was no room cleaning and no replenishing service for our two night stay. There is no elevator so we had to lug two 50 pound suitcases up the stairs outside and then up a flight of stairs inside. The description on Expedia mentioned a shuttle but there isn’t one and we had a very hard time finding a service from the airport that would bring us here as they all wait in a line to take people to Rome city centre. Very frustrating. While this is not the worst place we have ever stayed and we appreciated the airport proximity for an early morning flight I would not stay here again.

We stayed one night before our flight out of FCO. The property was clean and we had plenty of space. They even set up the pull out couches for the children. The employees were helpful getting our bags up and down which was great. The town was very cute and walkable however a lot was closed. This would be a great stay for summer months! The beach town is amazing.

Highly recommend for your stay! We chose this spot based on other reviews for our two-day stay in Rome. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and recommended a great and affordable shuttle service (Radio Taxi Transport) to collect us from the airport. The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us, including a very early morning check-in due to flight delays. The accommodations are simple, clean, and comfortable — not a resort-style stay with extravagant amenities, but exactly what we needed: a peaceful, safe, modern and reliable place to rest. Our bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the balcony. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to land in the Fiumicino area. We enjoyed the continental breakfast (and even had fresh coffees made for us!) I can’t emphasize the friendliness of the staff enough. They bent over backwards to make our stay a pleasant one.

The hotel is tucked away down a quiet street. Staff are super friendly and helpful and great communication from the hotel. Breakfast was plentiful and the coffee good. The room is well appointed but much smaller than it appears in the photos (you can’t even turn around in the shower, it’s so small). And, while they’ve tried, the hallway noise is not abated by the wall or doors. It was also a little more dated or worn than the photos show. It wasn’t worth the price we paid but is still a standard rate for Fuimicino.

The building looked abandoned and I felt very unsafe. To find the door you need to walk thru gates with overgrown grass only to find locked doors. I believe all the reviews are fake. Do not book here. I rebooked with a chain close by and am trying to get my money back. A big scam and not even close to being accurately represented online.

For our two weeks vacation in Italy this was the the most comfortable stay we had, the air conditioning was blast, they understand what the guests prefer, especially for tourists who are not used to a 25°C room temperature. Italy usually is hot during summer, tourists are doing a lot of walking under the sun so you will like to be comfortable when you get back to your hotel. The property has no elevators but staff are all helpful in carrying your luggages to your room.
