We just had the best thme here. Everyone was so nice, the food was delicious, and sitting in the courtyard at night, drinking wine, was a magical experince as we were the only ones at the hotel. The rooftop is also an expansive space where you can relax in total peaceful bliss. The hotel is right by the pyramid with all kinds of shops and restaurants nearby. We fully plan to return!

The staff was kind and very helpful. We definitely plan on staying there again soon! Has rooftop access to pool area and a beautiful view. Rooms were clean and cleaned everyday we were there. Reception helped us with anything we needed help with without fuss, even when coming late from an event and they had to let us in the gate. Thank you for taking good care of us on our stay.

La regadera estaba tapada y no tenían personal de mantenimiento ahí para destaparla, así que se tenía que bañar uno muy rápido porque se inundaba😠 Por otro lado la terraza para desayuno estaba fuera de servicio y era por eso que fuimos por la vista a la Iglesia . El mesero no tenía experiencia lo que hizo que mejor saliéramos a desayunar

Llame una noche antes para preguntar sobre el estacionamiento y la alberca Y el día que llegue resulta que el estacionamiento solo es de 9am a 2am si quieres entrar o salir del estacionamiento en otro horario no es posible. El hotel lo recomiendo, no entrar al restaurante

Es un hotel que tiene una remodelación reciente, las habitaciones tienen manchas de obra que no han limpiado, las camadas son comodas, buena ubicación, una vista preciosa a la pirámide, ademas cuenta con piscina, elevador y atención de mostrador muy buena, punto a mejorar: el restaurante te cobra tenedor y no es barato. Mi desayuno costo 9 usd o 180 mxn y el mesero pidio de tenedor 8.5 usd o 170 mxn; además el mesero quería propina de 10 usd o 200 mxn Creo que siendo el hotel mas caro de Cholula, sería bueno considerar que imagen quiere proyectar, sí un hotel boutique con clase o uno de muertos de hambre.
