Not what you paid for...
Arrived on the evening flight.
Was happy that the shuttle was there waiting. Found out though that they had to take the flight crew to the hotel first and then come back and get us.
Next, arrived at the hotel and was told they unfortunately did not have the type of room that i booked available. I booked a two queen beds with mountain view. I was told to check back the next day and maybe a room would be available.
Next, went to go up to the 3rd floor to the room they could give me and the elevator was out of service. We had to haul our bags up 2 flights of stairs to the 3rd floor. Found out later that the elevator has been out for a while. So if you cant do stairs make sure to call ahead and check that the elevator is working.
The next morning went down to the front desk to sew if a room with 2 beds was going ro be available since the rest of our party was arriving that day. The front desk said they couldnt confirm and to check back that evening. I asked if we could just have a 2nd room if they couldnt get a room with 2 beds and they said they couldnt accommodate that request either. Luckily at 6pm we were notified that a room had become available with 2 beds.
The staff was not appologetic or accomidating for not having our reservatoon correct. There was also no discount or assistance for the elevator being out.
If you do stay here call the day before to confirm they have your room and any other amenities that you might be needing like the elevator.
