The family apartment was easy to find, the check-in process was seamless, and communication with the host via WhatsApp was prompt and straightforward. The apartment itself was clean and generally well maintained.
The unit is essentially at ground level, although there is about half a flight of stairs to reach the main entry level. The layout is split-level: one bedroom is downstairs (approximately half a level below), and the other is upstairs (about half a level above).
The downstairs bedroom was excellent, with strong air conditioning, effective room-darkening shades, and a very comfortable bed. It was cool, quiet, and restful.
Unfortunately, the upstairs bedroom was the complete opposite. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable. Although a fan was provided, it was very loud at higher speeds and did little to meaningfully cool the room. In addition, the outside lights shining directly into the room, as noted in previous reviews, were absolutely an issue. The lack of blackout shades made it very difficult to sleep. It was honestly one of the worst nights of sleep I can remember.
The kitchen was very basically equipped, but since we were only there for a one-night stopover, that was not a problem for us.
Thankfully, our stay was just for one night.
