The overall experience of the hotel was excellent. All areas were very clean, it appeared recently refurbished throughout and all the staff were more than friendly and helpful. The food was also of a very high standard, good quality ingredients (apart from the bread at breakfast which could be improved) We normally eat dinner out but really enjoyed three evening meals in the hotel.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful, our room was spotlessly clean and the breakfast excellent with lots of choice. We also used the spa twice which was very relaxing and ate in the restaurant in the evening. The food was delicious both nights. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was fantastic. A great location with plenty of parking. The room was big and clean and had everything required for a short stay. The staff were friendly and breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold food. The spa was amazing and help you relax after a long day exploring North Wales.

The Staff were amazing. We had the best omelette made by the chef. I still have a lingering taste of the omelette. The Manager was very good and helpful and the staff too. We were unable to go to the spa, timing did not work for us. Rooms were clean except for one day, when we got a smell of cigarette smoke, and the hotel could not figure out where it was coming from as it affected a few rooms. Overall a great hotel and super food

Nice massage experience. Spa was a little overcrowded. Spa lunch service was a little curt and without explanation, what was included and what was not. Overall a lovely hotel. Food delicious and not over priced. Spa facilities very good. Room was large, well decorated, comfy bed. Some mold in the shower and a few areas could be cleaned better. Handles in lift loose, one came off in my hand. Would be in lovely surroundings if it wasn't overlooking the abandoned surfing lake which is an eye sore. Not much around the hotel, but Conwy and Llandudno are only a short drive away. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. And I would recommend this hotel for a short relaxing break away.

Parking is plentiful and safe, the staff are helpful, pleasant and professional. Room was clean modern and comfortable. Not a lot around such as shops but beautiful scenery. The hotel has a great bar and restaurant .

Stayed in a King Suite which was amazing. Spa was lovely and very clean. Ate in the restaurant one night which was also very nice. Relaxing and highly recommended.

Absolutely faultless, I stayed for 2 nights and wish it was for longer. The King size bedroom was lovely and comfortable. A lovely touch of a fridge which was perfect for keeping things chilled whilst there for a few days. I even jumped at a discounted spa session offered on check in. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic. The chef was very personable and offered to order items which I think was a great touch. All staff friendly and inviting. I will most definitely stay here again if it’s at the same price.

The staff are excellent here and we really enjoyed our stay. Our only bug bear was that we didn't understand that use if the spa comes at an extra cost. It was hugely disappointing as we hadn't booked to go into the spa and we're advised we were very lucky to get in. I'm not sure spending another £50.00 on top of the room was "lucky" for a fairly basic spa.The booking company needs to make sure people know the spa isn't included.

This place was amazing, we had such a great stay while we visited North Wales for a hiking trip. Food was really nice and a great choice of food. Staff can't do enough for you and are very attentive for all your needs. To finish it off we used the Spa to have a lazy day before travelling home, this was really good as well, my wife had a treatment and said it was the best she has ever had. If there was one thing I could fault, this was the beds were too hard for our liking, but know this is just personal preference and didn't spoil our trip. When back in the area, this will be the place we will be booking to stay, maybe will take a memory foam mattress topper with us to sleep better lol.

Staff were friendly/helpful. Restaurant food good. Room was dusty in places, i.e. shelves, top of headboard/pictures etc. could have been cleaner. Not happy with description of "private ensuite" as this consisted of a separate toilet, separate shower and a sink in the main bedroom which you could section off by a privacy screen! No shaving socket. Could do with more storage room. Only 2 drawers, one of which has a safe in it. Several concerns over lack of amenities in room, i.e. hotel information sheet, bathroom towel/toothbrush cup, but having spoken to lovely receptionist this was put down to housekeeping issues rather than the norm.
