This was overall a very good stay. We needed a base for one night before travelling further into Iceland and wanted somewhere spacious and comfortable. This was both. We appreciated this so left satisfied. There were however some oddities. The listing says parking included. Like countless others have pointed out here and elsewhere, the only free space is directly in front of the apartment-it is not an allocated space. I therefore consider the listing description as being, at best, unclear. It should be revised. Additionally, again like others have stated, the interior temperature was too high. We could simply open windows, but surely it would be better for the host to take note of feedback and adjust it. The sofas were not very comfortable and some of the chairs were a bit wobbly. The patio area was flooded, presumably from blocked drains (this appeared longstanding). All of these things are own goals that harm what was otherwise a very good property.
