I reserved two rooms. when we got to our rooms, one was ready and the other was not. we had to go back to the desk to get another room. Hotel in general was very loud we noticed immediatley when walking to our rooms. The room I stayed in had constant sound of children running back and fourth above us, which made it extremely hard to fall asleep. I found out the next morning that my friend who stayed in the other room that I booked, which was on a different floor, experienced the same thing with what sounded like children running back and fourth above her. my room was clean, but bed very uncomfortable. We also learned, staff left at one point in the evening and there was no one in attendance until the next morning.
