The price was right, the bathroom clean, but a floor tile in the bedroom wasn't totally inset and the rug covering part of the bedroom was a tripping hazard. Someone on our floor was smoking Marijuana for our 3 day stay. The hallway had a strong odor. On-site staff would be helpful.

Very clean and modern. One morning no breakfast was put out by 8:30 and no staff to ask about it. We called Kasa but had to go out to eat somewhere. Weird with no front desk but breakfast was the only hiccup. Price was good compared to equal hotels.

Clean, quiet, comfortable with good amenities. I prefer their solution for coffee over the usual coffee maker. The quality of a pour over coffee is much better than coffee from an invariably dirty drip machine. They also have a good variety of tea. The soap, shampoo and conditioner provided are better than you get most places. I like the gym and that it’s walking distance to east bay. The people are nice and it’s easy to get help if needed.

Nice no frill hotel, bed was really firm, and room was clean. Parking is terrible, we have a small vehicle and they were too small for our small bronco. Deposit was a bit excessive at $250 and was charged 2 days before stay and I have yet to have it returned. Otherwise good stay.

I stayed here just overnight (twice) so I didn't get to really use any amenities or anything but the place is very well kept, the rooms are spacious, comfy beds, and the staff was friendly. I also like that when they send you messages it's an actual person on the other end not just an automated system. The only issue I had was that the parking spaces are tiiiiight. I struggled getting my suitcase out of my backseat so I definitely suggest putting luggage in the trunk :)

We had a three night stay for my son's wedding. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive. The double queen room was clean and as expected however, during our three nights stay, no one came to empty our trash or bring clean linens. The toilet was slow to flush and on our second night there the toilet overflowed onto the floor. When the gentleman from the front desk came to our room, he used our dirty towels to clean up the overflow on the floor and blamed a faulty, flushing mechanism, saying it was in a stuck position. However, he did nothing to fix it, only wiping up the floor with the towels. This is the only reason why we received clean towels. The air conditioner also made a strange sound, but it was not a dealbreaker for us. The location of this hotel is very good however, I'm not sure I would return or recommend this hotel.

We were in town for my son's wedding. The double queen room was clean and well stocked. Our only real issue was thee toilet, it was very slow to flush and eventually over flowed onto the floor. The front desk came to infect and cleaned up with towels and determined that it was due to a faulty mechanism getting caught. The toilet did not run any better afterwards, but it did not over flow either. However, we were left feeling like this matter was not a problem for the hotel. The fact that the floor wasn't cleaned properly after an over flow definitely didn't sit well with us. The staff didn't change our trash during our three night stay. The only reason we got clean towels is because the gentleman from the front desk, used our towels to clean the over flow. I can say that the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive while checking in. However, I'm not sure we would stay at this hotel again.
