The rooms were clean and the staff were particularly helpful, they know the area so well that they can almost act like tourist guides, providing all the pertinent information as well as how long it takes to travel to each attraction. The location is great with many dining choices nearby, all within walking distance and especially delicious were the local food.

Albergo semplice ma essenziale. Camera pulita e accogliente con una bella vista sul fiume. Camera moderna e accessoriata. Personale gentile e preparato. Ottima posizione per accedere al parco dall'east gate. Bella zona soprattutto di sera con le sue luci e atmosfere.

Wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the room was excellent, and the overall experience was great. The location is perfect, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and there’s a beautiful river right in front of the hotel. I absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again!

Stayed there in April 2026 very good hotel by the river side with free laundry cleaning bought my Zhangjiajie Wulingyuan National gate passes ( they gave a good advices on the national park ) & Chinese night shows tickets from them with a good deal free water bottles everyday - front desk are very polite and helpful 100% recommended

Conveniently located in the heart of Wulingyuan. A 10-15 minute walk to the East Gate of Zhangjiajie National Park. We stayed for 3 nights and checked out on 6th August 26. The stay was very comfortable and our room was very spacious. The lady on the front desk is the most helpful person I think I've ever come across. She helps with everything with regards bookings at the National Park, Grand Canyon and Tianmen Mountain. She does it all with a smile too. I just want to say a massive thank you to you! The hotel is sat on the river and at night, when the town lights up, it's a cool place to be. Thank you for our amazing stay, we'll definitely be back.

L’hôtel a été difficile à trouver car l’adresse ne nous amenait pas au bon endroit. Par contre le personnel de l’hôtel était exceptionnellement gentil et serviable. Nous a donné des itinéraires pour les parcs. Je recommande fortement.

The hosts at this property are wonderful. They were extremely attentive and did all our park entrance booking and reservations for us, and gave us recommended itineraries for each place, and you would not go wrong to follow their advice.

The hotel is in a nice position along the river and the staff is very helpful, offering to plan your day and buy tickets on your behalf. The structure is quite run down, is clear that it used to be a very nice hotel but is now falling into disrepair, a shame as it has very good potential

The hotel is conveniently located near the tourist spot of Wulingyuan, and there are restaurants and food stalls nearby. The staff were friendly and kindly explained the sightseeing route to us, so we were able to get around smoothly. Thank you. It was a great hotel.

Room was nice and big with daily cleaning. The wifi wasn’t great, however we were also in the mountains so it’s expected. The best part without a doubt was the staff at the reception-desk, especially the young guy who helped us with absolutely everything we asked, from planning trips and giving detailed descriptions about every place we went, to ordering take out for us and chatting with us on WeChat when needed at all hours. Would come back for the good service alone. 10/10 !

The staff is great, but the area is difficult to reach by taxi, the air conditioning in the room does not work well and only freezes you or does not work at all.

Good stay but with some negatives

I have a good stay. It is a walking distance to many shops and restaurants. It is down the alleyway. My driver was having problem to locate the hotel at first. But the hotel was able to assist the driver and went out to greet the driver, guiding him to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. They have experience in the tourism industry. They were able to help me plan for my daily activities. They also made arrangements for tickets for me. This is a definite plus for the property. I will stay at this hotel again because of this reason. Some negatives about this hotel is that the hotel's plumbing is not very good, so you do have reflux of the sewer smell going up to the bathroom. The second issue I have is that the Wi-Fi is slow and the internet connection is intermittent. So if that is an issue for you, then you may have to reconsider. We are in the middle of a mountain area, so I wasn't expecting a lot. Overall, we had a very good experience at this hotel.
