A great place to stay with a great staff...

We spent the last night of our trip here before we flew home the next day. It's very convenient to the airport. It was great to have the restaurant and bar onsite since we dropped off the rental car and took a taxi to the airport the next day. The room was clean and very comfortable....everything we needed.

Great sleep! Good breakfast! Close to the airport!

The room was clean and the staff was friendly but very limited. There was no late night dining options and we ended up eating dinner out of the vending machine. But we asked them to book us a cab to be at the airport promptly at 6am and the cab was there waiting for us when we came out in the morning.

They aren't kidding, you get a good night's sleep. The bed was 5 star comfortable. Breakfast buffet was high quality and well presented. The front desk person went above and beyond with some takeout food I'd brought. Super nice Scottish hospitality

We weren't informed about the parking, so now we've received a £97 parking fee because we weren't told about it! Be aware of this.

Clean room but the bathroom had a strong smell of cold tobacco. From the airport reaching the hotel is not that easy and you need to use a taxi. There is the Ember bus line but it seems quite new, we learned it afterwards so that might be a cheaper option than taxi. However for reaching the city centre, there are a few buses going there and the stop is just a few hundred metres walk from the airport. Good selection breakfast, friendly staff and the restaurant is a good addition for an easy evening with good selection.

Impossible de check-in avant 15h. Check-in aux bornes automatiques compliqué (problème de référence de réservation inconnu). Parking payant

The self check-in kiosk was a disaster. Thank goodness there was a person there at a small desk to help. Overall, the property is very basic.

Over all the stay was pleasant. However, the receptionist was hard to find as I believe she was maintaining multiple duties. She was quite friendly… certainly not her fault. There was no one at the desk when we checked out. So, I was unable to get a paper receipt The worst experience was the small puddle of urine under the sink. Im not sure if it leaked from the toilet or if the previous tenants was a very bad aim?
