Dated property ; Cleaning should be improved. Location good near commercial area and underground transportation.

The swimming pool is not usable because of loud noises from large airconditions on the rooftop. The bed was dirty, the sheet had not been changed. Complained and got moved to another room with broken air condition and a very loud noise from somewhere else as well. The beds are small, perhaps 175 cm. Way to small for everyone in the family. Small lobby and not much of activity in the hotel.

Pleasant and comfortable and well located Courteous and efficient staff Only things is facilities are minimal , no fitness centre etc , considering the price But overall a nice stay and I would surely stay here again in future visits

Its on Orchard Road is the only best option of the hotel's excellent location, apart from that hotel is old, utilities are not in good condition, bathroom door is not properly working, water dispenser not working.. working girls around the area use hotel toilet in reception area & v.dirty usage. At least the beds are clean & l give credit to housekeeping for that.

My overall stay was okay since its part of a stay for a wedding. Registration was bit of a hiccup since I had another reservations that was booked for me and I would like to put it together. Plus the person that made the reservation was not there. It takes around more than 15 mins to register.
