Actually I appreciated the staff were unable to find my reservation because by the look of the place outside and the atmosphere of the surrounding elements it was not safe for 3 senior citizens ladies

The staff is excellent no ice in ice machine no microwave air conditioner worked great. parking wasn't very cleaned first day picked screw up had to get new tire.

The room was absolutely filthy! Smelled like weed & stale cigarettes. Nasty carpeted floors. Both bedspreads had multiple burn holes. Fabric armchair and ottoman had stains all over. Toilet bowl covered in mold. Toilet handle broken so had to take lid off to pull the flusher. Tank water brown and murky. Coffee “station” was in the bathroom -UNSANITARY! Fridge has a puddle of yellow water in the bottom. Grounds were COVERED in trash. Steps to 2nd floor crumbling and covered with rusted metal. A neighboring room had a girl nodded out at her front door. Seems like this place houses permanent “residents”. Only stayed bc we were at a concert that was not close enough to drive home and all other local hotels were booked. THANKFULLY I packed extra top sheets and Lysol wipes.

I would say this is more a motel vibe. Night staff was not honest but morning lady staff was upfront and honest. There are no queen beds here so don't be fooled by pictures and/or what's listed about this property.

Where do I start?? This hotel is worse than one star. I have stayed in third world hostels in better condition and cleaner than this place. All of the rooms smelled like cigarettes and mold. The first room we checked into wasn't clean at all floors not swept or mopped, counters dirty, etc. The bed had two pillows and one pillow didn't even have a pillow case. We went back to yhe front desk and the woman did her best to accommodate and make it better. The next room was no better than the first, the toilet had tons of mold, not just a ring but clearly wasn't cleaned. Everything in the room was disgusting and felt dirty. At this point, we considered sleeping in the car. We had no other options as we were in town for a concert and every hotel within 30 miles was booked, we would have paid any price to just get away from this nightmare. The people outside the hotel were concerning as well. We took all our luggage and belongings with us every time we left the room. Terrible experience. This hotel should be condemned.

This place is a nightmare…. Bed bugs … poop on walls… blood on beds….. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN!!!!

The hotel should have been totally renovated by professionals after being purchased from Super 8. Super 8 items are still being used . Sidewalks and parking lots are not clean. Grass needed mowing Dning room is not clean, including table floors and chairs. Lots of young local residents liv there permanently and walk about the premises at all times.

My check clerk Ms Harriet was the only reason I stayed this time. Stay last year under a different name but same owner. Sapose to be upgrade the rooms etc. maintenance was helpful, since the phone in the room had No cord ( can’t call for help if needed)

First they gave me a room and when I walked in with my key opening the door you could tell someone was already staying in the room. So the gave me another room and the planked floor was in bad shape with the edges sticking up and no remote had to go back up again to get a eemote then I notice they did t replace the shampoo bottles it was half empty. Place needs to be either tore down or remodeled!!!
