Our stay was perfect! Everything was very clean except one bed sheet had a stain but staff took care of it right away! Breakfast could be better but it was great! Will be returning!

Rooms were alright, staff was friendly… Found a cricket and spider in the bathroom seem like the hotel was getting remodeled but breakfast was not what I was expected

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast options were amazing. I did suggest salt and pepper. Peanut butter for my pancakes, which were amazing. There was cold cereal but did not see milk. They are still remodeling but what is done is nice. I loved the bed. There were not coffee pots in the room. No dresser but I don't use them anyway. I would use this hotel again if I'm in the area.

Smells like an over whelming Indian food. Kids that live there running up and down the hallways. We didn’t stay there, we checked out and made other arrangements. I would give it 0 stars if possible.

Only stayed for a quick overnight but the room was clean and comfortable. Only issue is the sign on the building has the wrong name (says Baymont).which made it hard to find.

If you want basic hotel services, this works. It was clean. Doors locked, shower had hot water, there's a few cold items for breakfast.

The staff did not know how to check us in. I waited for another employee to arrive to complete the check-in process. My bank alerted me at midnight that my credit card had been compromised. The free breakfast was not to start for another week. And, killed two bugs in the room. And, the grainy behind the property ran all night resembling standing next to a jet engine. We will not be back.

The room was for handicap and we are not. The staff is nice but not very useful. The breakfast room is horrible as well as the food choices. They're renovating?? The same boxes seem to have been sitting around all summer. There are signs that say ice and vending on every floor, not true. So what and where are they renovating??

First off, despite the ongoing renovation, the important stuff was on point. Our room had recently been updated. Mattress was new. Hot water was hot. No outside noise filtering in. Modern key cards. The only minor downside would be breakfast. If you’re expecting a hot meal, there won’t be one. There was a waffle machine, coffee pot, Pop Tarts, and some “Great Value” brand wrapped fruit bars. If I was traveling through the area, I’d stay here again.

Room was 91 when I checked in. staff insisted that the AC would kick inn and cool the room in 15 minutes. It did Not. was able to change rooms but I wonder if they try to save money by not cooling the rooms prior to check in, not a good plan when the heat index is 103.
