The property is remodeled small motel to make larger rooms with a kitchen and living room. Kitchen was well equipped and would work well for a longer stay. There is a laundry on site if needed. We were right on the beach and convenient to shopping and resturants. Overall the value was high for the money spent and we would stay again. I would note there is no pool or on-site office for checking in for clarity. We had a code for our door and no trouble accessing the room. The manager is available via text or cell and responded to a minor issue right away.

This is such a nice place to stay, beach front property. Manager Nicole was such a great help with everything. It doesn’t have amenities it’s more like an air bnb setting , but there are so many amenities close by. I highly recommend staying here.

Great staff and communication, the room was set up beautifully and well kept. We had a great view of the beach, even from the 1st floor. Only downside was the internet connection was poor, but that’s more a reflection of the internet provider. Would definitely book here again. Located minutes away from anywhere you want to go in the Daytona area.

I don’t know how room was. My room was canceled about 3hrs before I arrived. I was already 5hrs into my travel when I received the information. This is not great feeling and very stressful. I had to pull off road for 30 minutes to figure out where we were going to stay for my sons cheer competition.

Lobby was closed, manager wouldn't answer the phone, stuck in the heavy rain and had to find a different hotel. I am working on getting a refund now. Hopefully it works out. Also i bought insurance so they should cover the other hotel costs... we will see.

We were never informed that there was no staff to check you in, so when we arrived, I went to the office and the door was locked. I called the number on the door and the manager answered. I told her we were there to check in, and nobody was there. She asked my room # I said, "how would I know that when I have not checked in yet?" Apparently, they send you your room # and the code to the door to your email but I did not receive anything in my inbox. (Found out later that it was in my SPAM folder. Upon entering the room, it was nice and cold and pretty. Looked newly renovated. Great view of the beach as well. Then the trouble started. There are literally no electrical outlets in the bathroom so you cannot plug in a hairdryer or a curling iron. I ended up going into the kitchen to plug my curling iron in and used the microwave front as a mirror. there were also no charging ports or outlets near either side of the bed. There was only one nightstand, so There was nowhere for my husband to put his nightly stuff. The outlet next to the kitchen counter did not work. When taking a shower, the drain was plugged and the water rose just to the lip of the shower floor and started to spill onto the floor. It took about 15 minutes to drain enough for my husband to be able to shower. There were no garbage bags, and no regular sized kitchen garbage pail, just a little unlined hanging plastic container on the inside cupboard. To empty garbage, you had a bit of a walk. No closet. Not a fan.
