This place is brand new located off a main road surrounded by residential buildings. It has convenience stores located two blocks away. The inside of the hotel is brand new. We are a family of 4. Two adults 1 tween 1 teen. We had 3 beds in our room. One was a sofa bed. All were very comfy. The shower was excellent plenty of hot powerful water. Free tea/coffee/matcha latte etc Free ice and water. Hotel was spotless. Very very clean. Walking distance to Geisha district. Lovely naigbourhood to walk around. Quiet and safe.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kyoto and would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially families. The rooms were impressively spacious, very clean, and had extremely comfortable beds—something we really appreciated after long days of exploring. The lobby coffee/hot chocolate machine was a great touch too, and the latte was actually really good! The staff truly made our stay exceptional. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. One of the best parts about this hotel is its location. It’s tucked away in a quieter, less crowded area, which made it feel peaceful and relaxing, yet it was still within walking distance to many attractions and great spots around Kyoto. Overall, a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and calm. We would definitely stay here again!

We had the Japanese style room with the private jacuzzi. Double beds super comfortable. Air conditioning perfect (if you come in July you will appreciate it it. And the shower is amazing.
