Excellent Guesthouse in Paignton.
A fine guest house within a few minutes walk of the beach/ town centre and bus/ train stations. I found the location to be quiet and safe. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent and served with a smile. A good lounge to enjoy as a change from the room. Good outside seating area if the weather would allow. I would certainly consider Seacroft if I was in the area again. Many thanks.

Wow, what a find! I booked this fairly last minute but was so very happy with my choice. Mark and Gareth text me for an arrival time and then greeted me as I drove in. I was then checked in seamlessly and shown to my room. Having worked in customer service over 3 decades, I can honestly say, that many large companies have a lot to learn from these two men. Everything regarding facilities and breakfast was explained, and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was ordered the evening before with a wide range of foods including a full english, lighter options or continental. My room (no 7) was decorated nicely with a seaside theme, had an ensuite shower room and a window which opened lovely and wide as we were having a heatwave! Blackout curtains also meant that the 4am sun wasn't a problem. Toiletries were provided as was a kettle and tea/coffee making items. In the evening, there was a lovely front patio area with lots of seating and a family atmosphere for all the guests. In fact I didn't need my car at all once I'd arrived, as busses and trains go regularly from within walking distance of the guesthouse, and there are lots of restaurants and cafes around too. The main town shops are about 5-10 minutes walk away as was the station. Gareth & Mark really know how to include people and make the most of their time in Paignton, I will be back for sure.

Central location - Perfect Stay
Gareth and Mark were amazing hosts. They work so hard to make everything perfect, they are such a great team. Always very helpful. Everything was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Such a bonus to have a parking space. Always lot's of friendly chatter. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you guys :-) D & G

Gareth & Mark were fantastic hosts, so friendly and welcoming. The decor in the bedroom was lovely. Great choices for breakfast. Nice conservatory area and garden to relax in. Fab location within minutes walk of the harbour.

Perfect

We had a pleasant stay, the owners were very attentive, sometimes we found this a bit much, breakfast was very nice and plentiful, the beds were very comfortable but the furnishings were mediocre. Two negatives we found was the en-suite was very small with narrow walls and a very low toilet but the main issue was the small car park which was a pain as had we not been parked next to someone we knew, we would have had to ask someone to move just to nip out. Overall a pleasant stay.

Excellent accommodation in an ideal location.
We spent a lovely few days in Paignton and the surrounding area. Mark and Gareth made us feel very welcome and were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The accommodation is immaculately clean and ideally situated. The additional parking, lounge and garden as well as a delicious breakfast puts this way above the others.

Friendly management, Comfy, tidy rooms with a slightly small ensuite although the shower was lovely. Breakfast made just as you like. Close to the beach and just a few minutes walk from town and transport hubs.

Outstanding location: very close to the beach and main tourist street, yet on a quiet side street. Very attentive, friendly management; excellent made-to-order breakfast; comfortable bed. Parking is limited, but we found a great spot in their adjoining lot. Bathrooms in British homes and B&B's tend to be relatively small, but the one in our suite was smaller than most—a slight inconvenience, but we would definitely stay at Seacroft Guest House again!

Bra beliggenhet og svært god service
Svært god service. Bra frokost. Trangt, men nytt bad med god dusj. Gode senger. Rommet (med fire senger) kunne med fordel vært større, men det var egentlig som forventet på "B&B". Bra beliggenhet i forhold til sentrum, havna og strandprommenaden. Og bare noen minutter å gå til Goodrington Sands (den fineste stranda i gåavstand). På minussiden er en litt trafikkert vei forbi husets fremside (der hagen er) og måkeskrik om natta.

Close to town but very small rooms. Drop soap in shower and forget trying to puck it up. 3 breakfast options was OK. Decent English breakfast. There are tons on B & B's in Torbay area. Owners are pleasant and helpful.

Great accommodation and value for money
The room was exactly what we hoped for (ie accurate photos of the B&B on the website), clean, tidy and presentable so it was good value for money too. The owners were welcoming and helpful plus the location was great for the town centre amenities.

Really nice hotel.
