First of all it was a virtual stay, there is no one on the property. There is no daily service for clean towels (no face clothes) and bedding. It was a 3 night stay and there was no internet one evening. A call was made and we were informed that there was nobody to help us, we had to wait until the next day. The posted pictures of the outside are deceiving, artificial grass/turf, not kept up. As you can imagine, we will never go back. Please note: you'll be receiving an additional invoice for around $57.00. Verify this with hotel.

We've reported these things since 6/30 when we checked in. 1. The overhead light has no switch and the only way to turn it off is by unscrewing the light bulb. When we finally communicated about this over the phone last night, we were met with indifference. 2. Housekeeping came in yesterday after we specifically asked them NOT to enter in our absence. 3. The supervisor and a housekeeper came in uninvited when I was in the bathroom on Wednesday. We don't ever plan to stay at a contactless accommodation again.

Upon arrival we had to look for the office in another building for a ode access. We went to the room and were unable to open the doors with the codes provided. Had to go back to get someone to one doors for us. When we open the door one of the rooms was dirty.. We got one of the rooms upgraded to a bigger room for the hassle. The next day we woke up and there was no hot water for over 24 hours.

Fabulous place to stay!

Everything was great about the Foxberry Inn - location near the marshes and away from the busy downtown, lovely room, great breakfast, warm and welcoming host.

The contactless check-in process and no staff on site means that you need to submit your contact info via a form before arriving. I didn't do this so there was a little run around when I arrived but was still able to check in an hour early, which was nice. The room was decent but the air conditioning was not working. The remote staff I was texting to troubleshoot the issue weren't responsive until the following morning which meant a very uncomfortable night with no AC. However, they were very responsive the following day and got a replacement AC unit in the room for us. In addition, they graciously refunded the nightly rate for the night without AC, which really salvaged the whole experience! Overall a solid place to stay and would come back because management did right by me regarding the broken AC unit.

Perfect getaway!

Check in was quick and easy, breakfasts were delicious, service was kind and helpful and the location was exactly where we wanted to be. Off the beaten path but walking distance to all the fun. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in P Town!

Freshly renovated rooms. Perfect location, easy access to town by bike (they have bike racks). They added nice lounge areas. Staff was super nice and attentive.

Be very careful staying at this hotel. Booked to stay in this hotel in June. About 20 minutes before check in we got an email to say suite we booked was unavailable due to “construction issues” and were being moved to a different hotel with no options given. Upon complaining, we asked if we could stay in a smaller room at the Foxberry until our room was ready, which they agreed to. Upon entering the new room, this room was a mess and hadn’t been cleaned since the last guest left. Manager then tried to get us into a different room but couldn’t work out the contactless code for the second new room. Whilst we waited, we looked into the room we should have been originally staying in, and it appeared massive renovations were taking place (furniture all removed, white spirit bottles on floor…), and this room would clearly not be ready the next day. It appeared no one else was staying and the hotel and the whole situation was very bizarre. We were not told at any point what was actually going on or even if the hotel was operating, even when we asked. We ultimately ended up staying in a different hotel. Please be careful when booking this hotel, as it may not be what you booked! All very strange and disappointing.

The Foxberry was a perfect place to stay for a lovely week in P-town. It’s handy enough to all the P-town shopping, restaurants, and clubs to make it an easy walk, yet far enough to feel removed and enjoy some peace and quiet, too- also extremely handy to Herring Cove Beach and the National Seashore area on foot or on bike. The suite was perfect- clean and spacious enough for two, with great amenities, and the breakfast every morning was on time and delicious. Jay and the team and so responsive and fun!

What an amazing property!! This B&B styled inn has such charming character. There were complementary snacks in the room, a fantastic courtyard with plenty of seating, great breakfast and the owner had such great communication and contacted us with all the details for check in. I was worried about our late arrival, but Matt texted us the room details and all went so smooth. Great area and so peaceful. We will totally be back!

We had an amazing time at the Foxberry. Rachel at the front desk was incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and friendly. Having stayed at numerous hotels, inns, and bed-and-breakfast establishments in the Provincetown area, I can confidently say that this location is modern, spotless, and very accommodating. While it may not be the Ritz Carlton, would still rate my experience as a perfect 10 out of 10. The hotel's location is extremely convenient for beach access and within walking distance to the bustling nightlife on Commercial Avenue.

Made our reservation on the internet and knew nothing about this hotel. I have nothing but great things to say about our stay. The price was responsible and it included breakfast. I choice the egg and bacon on an English muffin with fruit salad and coffee. The room was very clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Adorable room and the staff could not be more friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there next year if I am in ProvidenceTown.

They were clearly unprepared for the season. The contactless check-in was god awful and barely worked; had to reach out several times to get this resolved. Was not able to check in at the time that was noted on my paid reservation and upon checking in later than paid there were still cleaners there and we walked on site to trash everywhere. Biggest issues was that the A/C did not work in one of the two rooms that was booked. The other room the A/C was dirty and blowing dust out the whole time but it was too hot to not use. We reached out several times regarding this issue along with missing light bulbs in the room and received zero response. There were coffee grounds from previous guest left in machine, wi-fi connection was awful and tv kept disconnecting, tv remote was absolutely filthy, and some outlets didn't work. Text messaging 24/7 was a lie as I received no responses after check in but surely received all their auto texts. Few people on site were cleaners and some contractor who claimed to know absolutely nothing -- could have at least reached out to bosses themselves and let them know customers were having issues. We were not the only ones as I can see someone else left a review around the same time as or stay. 1 star for location and free parking. Like the previous review - charged a fee even though their invoice clearly states zero with no one to get a hold of. No amenities and no incidentals to charge for -- check your statements and BEWARE!!!!

It’s like staying at an abandoned structure. Check-in is insanely difficult. Nobody to help coffee maker doesn’t work. There’s no ice on site and it is only modestly clean.

The absolute WORST check in in all my 64 years of life on this planet!! The office for this property is located at different property altogether (was never informed). Had to drive to the other property to check in, then travel back to the original property to gain access to my room. Staff at check-in property stated I never pre- registered for my stay per the email I was sent. When informed I never received said email, staff discovered that the email was sent to Expedia.com in error. I then had to undergo a pre- registration process before they would assign me a room. Once completed (approximately 3PM on day of arrival),I was told that check in wasn't until 4PM! After waiting an hour to access my room, I was given digital code to my room and sent on my way to the original property. Upon finally arriving back to the original property and attempting to access my room with the provided code, the key pad rejected the code with a message: This Function Locked Out". You guessed it - back to the check-in property to sort it out (their phones weren't working). Another 45 minutes and I was finally inside my room. 6PM on the day of arrival. Missed my friends whom I was supposed to meet 3 hours earlier. Missed Carnival parade in PTOWN for 2026. That is all. Never again.

The digital concierge is a horrible idea that tanks this property. The fact that there are no staff on site means that issues- like when our digital lock malfunctioned and we were locked out for two hours- became a huge headache with minimal accommodations. They say you can text with any issues, but they didn't respond to most of my messages, including offering a potential late check out and then never confirming it. For what you're paying for this hotel, you're essentially getting a motel experience. I don't blame any of the staff I did interact with- essentially the Ptown Inn staff have to also support this property and are trying their best but they're not set up for success. The two pros- the bed was comfy and the shower had good water pressure and temp control. Really disappointing experience.
