Spacious but friendly hotel right on the sea front
I originally booked and it was moved to a sister hotel as the original hotel was closed for refurbishment. The staff were friendly and welcoming the rooms view was not great (it was an alleyway) but it was on the sea front and the room was very spacious.

Where do i start got taxi from station he didnt know it had too google tho he been doing job 7yr gets there all darrk deserted cos shut called next door they said been like that awhile n i was 3td person yhat day to ask looked nothing like pic we was lucky denise at thornclife had a ro and put us up as too why we wasnt informed of closure ive no iddea

Never got to pleasure by beach had to stay royal windsor sister hotel. Got there and you had cancelled booking no refund and we had to pay again has stuck in blackpool cost has 180 before we left on monday should only be 150. Still waiting for refund. On the friday when got there had to pay another 312. Please can you sort this out

Closed down hotel
We got to the hotel and it was closed, its been closed for the oast 18 months. We were so disappointed, we had to drive back home on the same day, all thd other hotels were to expensive. How can you be selling rooms for a hotel when its closed down.😡😡😡😡😡

We never got their as my daughter tested positive I tried calling for days the call just kept going dead on me also emailed with no reply I’m disappointed their is no communication I either wish a full refund or better to be able to re book

Hotel Closed!!!
This hotel was closed so we were given the option to stay in one of their sister hotels, at a higher cost i might add. This was agreed prior so wasnt an issue. Check in was lovely with a very helpful gentlemen. We went out for the day and on our return were met with a very unhelpful female. She spend 5-10 minutes arguing with me that i had not paid for parking onsite which i had at check in earlier. She then made it obvious she was very put out that she had to move her car so i could get parked. I then went to ask her for a remote for the tv which we were asked for £5 deposit for. Nowhere is this mentioned or was i informed of previously. Anyway, we gave the £5 deposit to then find there were no channels on the tv and unable to retune it. Based on my first 10 mins with the very helpful gentleman then i would recommend but my experience with the female on the evening was diabolical. Think she needs to be given some training on customer service

It was hard for me to say anything good about this place as its closed down.. luckily the place next door was able to accommodate me and my party. Slightly more expensive but at least we wernt left without somewhere to sleep. Please take this hotel off your website.

Enjoyable stay
The lady was lovely made us so welcome got us entertainment on, it was a really enjoyable stay clean bedding comfy beds. It is dated but she is trying to change that and doing it up nicely whilst trying to trade. We definitely will return Thank u for an enjoyable night away

The hotel room is what you pay for, a Very basic place to stay for a night. Perfect if you’re only using it to sleep in. IE - perfect for people wanting to have just a night out in Blackpool. The hotel had a boiler issue so due to this we were moved to a different hotel, the staff were really helpful and happy to do so. Unfortunately this hotel had no hot water in the room and I had paid for parking previously at the Pleasure Hotel - there was no parking at the new hotel and I have not received a refund. The room itself wasn’t up to scratch, holes in the wall and discoloured.
