The staff at check in and check out were great in assisting with dining tips and transportation. The room was great. The best thing was that it had gigantic windows that looked out on Paris rooftops and cafes. The room was conveniently arranged and tastefully decorated in modern style. This is a great option if you are taking a train out of Gare de Lyon. It is right next to the station and easily walkable.

We enjoyed our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Paris Gare de Lyon. The hotel’s location next to Gare de Lyon is a definite plus. The area offers several good restaurants, including the one at the hotel, and it’s conveniently close to Île de la Cité. We would definitely choose this hotel again for a future stay.

Nice location with an outstanding view, but as I booked through hotels.com internet was impossible and no instructions how to get online (I was only there for 1 night so not too important). The staff were friendly enough but very robotic.
