"We had the best time here! We enjoyed the pools, bars, people and especially the food! We were blown away by every meal we had! The activities on the resort were also so much fun. The white party was a highlight of our trip. I made a few crafts with Brisa from the vibe crew who was so nice and patient! Ezekiel from the vibe crew really got the party going in the Hideaway pool and I forgot the name of the girl who works with him, but she was so awesome too! We would 100% go back. All the staff was so helpful and kind! Luis who brought us drinks at the infinity pool was our favorite!"

"This by far is the best hotel/2resort that I have ever been to Pros: As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed My luggage was swiftly taken off my hands as I was given a ticket to reclaim my belongings at my convenience as The amenities are accessible. The staff is wonderful, friendly and very helpful The staff are attentive with everything they do and every where you go on the resort The staff’s response is Always “it is my pleasure” as they assist you I had the Ocean view, king-size junior suite and Those rooms are huge The pool is clean The property is well maintained and clean, sanitary often Con’s If I have to say anything about this property, that I didn’t like , it would be that the beach smell like seaweed You have to make reservations for dinner if you don’t want a buffet style meal Which is not my complaint, but, Before my family went on an excursion, we had booked a special dinner at hibachi for my grandson‘s birthday it was confirmed hours before, and my daughter in law even called to authenticate the time in the middle of our excursion, However, when we got back to the resort we were told that they can’t be accommodate us! That was very disappointing to say the least we had to eat in the garden (buffet style) They did give us front seats to the Fire-show and a bottle of wine for the table but we had a buffet styled dinner for a special occasion Smh"
