Nice place to stay when visiting Roosevelt National Park. We would have stayed closer to park but everything was booked. It was an easy drive back and forth

This is a great roadside motel! The rooms may be a little dated but they were spacious, comfortable, clean, and didn't smell musty or smokey. The staff were incredibly friendly. The restaurant, Trappers Kettle, is a great breakfast spot, too.

Everything was closed in the nearby locations, some due to an incoming storm. The restaurant at the motel was closed for renovation.

Once again, as with almost all hotels there is a safety issue. I'm not handicapped but all motel/hotel rooms should have grab bars in the shower especially if it is a shower/tub combination.

The room was Okay, not great. Same for mattress and bedding. Thermostat on the air conditioner needed to be replaced. Had to put the A/C on 62-65 degrees to get the A/C to come on. Either too hot or too cold. Fridge was ti y but worked well.

Found that hidden gem in Belfield, ND! Convenient to so many things to see in the area, but beyond all expectations. Felt like we had stepped back in time to those family road side motels. But not only did it bring back all the feels - everything we needed or wanted was right there. The food was great, the onsite bar was a great vibe, and adult games gave back enough to cover our night! The team - every single person we encountered went above and beyond. If something wasn’t great - they went the extra step to make sure nothing was ever just ok. We cannot recommend enough - and this comes from a retired hotel operator and developer! And of course - super clean room and all the amenities including a mini coffee maker with carafe that holds 4 cups brewed!

We stayed here one night to be close to Theodore Roosevelt national park. Our room was clean. The shower floor is very slick. Bring a mat. Our tv remote did not function beyond on/off. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was great.

The room was clean and maid service was received during our two night stay. There is no door between the room and the bathroom sink/counter. The toilet and shower area was tiny.

Trappers Inn is in the small town of Belfield. Our expectations were not high, but we were pleasantly surprised at the room and the adjacent restaurant. Both turned out to be outstanding. The room was very clean and the facility appeared to be well maintained. The person who checked us in was very courteous. It took her a while to find my reservations for the two rooms, since unbeknownst to me Hotels.com put the second room under one of our fellow traveler's names rather than mine (even though I made the reservations and paid for both rooms). This was not the motel's issue, but rather Hotels.com.

The room was spacious, clean, and the furnishings were well kept. While checking in the lady at the desk was ready for us and took only minutes to get our key for the room. The following morning, we accidentally locked our key in the room, but they were kind enough to get us another one to get the rest of our things out of the hotel room. Only thing was we had to wait until 7 o’clock when they were in the office.
